Attention is a public installation of 42 custom-made street signs. It shows texts from a collection of found graffiti documented for several years (2011-2019), conveying fragments of messages, ideas, and narratives coming from the UK, Europe, and North Africa. The work functioned as a spatial intervention that created a chance encounter between the signs and the people using this walking path. Part of ongoing works exploring found marks, public spaces, and collective experiences.
This project is available for redevelopment on other sites with necessary technical and visual adjustments tailored to the space and budget.
